The Product Board has made use of this facility and appointed a Data Protection Officer who ensures within the Product Board that the rules with respect to personal data are observed with care and in accordance with the rules. This officer acts in addition to the College for the Protection of Personal Data which retains its competence as the national supervisory body.
The Data Protection Officer maintains a register of the reported processing of personal data within the Product Board. This register is public and provides information on what personal data has been recorded and processed within the Product Board. This register also states where the personal data is recorded.

We consider your privacy to be important. In order to protect your privacy we have, among other things, protected our systems and programs and initiated all kinds of procedures for keeping the information up to date. In addition, you may have confidence that your personal data is handled with care.
Your rights:
The Product Board offers everyone the opportunity to gain insight into the types of personal data which it processes and into the way in which this data is processed.
As an interested party you have the right to:

- Objection; you can ask to have your data blocked
- Compensation; if you suffer material or consequential damage as a result of careless handling of the data processor then you are entitled to payment.
