The aim was to bring about the transfer with effect from 1 January 2010. This will unfortunately not be possible because the harmonisation with the Social and Economic Council, the supervisory body for the PDV, could not be rounded off before the end of this year. The formal transfer will therefore be delayed by one month until 1 February 2010. The website of GMP+ International will be available, however, from 1 January 2010.
