The layout of the PDV database has changed to some extent in order, among other things, to make the status of a company more obvious. The most important items for attention follow below.

New layout:

GROUP Contacts: "global" search function:
Contains all companies which are registered and/or certified within the framework of the various Product Board regulations. Also included are the approved certification bodies (CBs) and companies whose certification has been suspended, has expired or has been withdrawn.

GROUP GMP+:
Includes all companies with their GMP⁺ certification status subdivided into certified, expired, suspended, withdrawn and new GMP⁺-certified business locations. Companies whose status is expired, suspended or withdrawn do not therefore have a valid GMP+ certificate.

GROUP IFIS:
Includes all companies with their IFIS certification status subdivided into certified, expired, suspended, withdrawn and new IFIS-certified business locations. Companies whose status is expired, suspended or withdrawn do not therefore have a valid IFIS certificate.

GROUP Certification Bodies (CBs):
Includes all certification bodies which are approved under the GMP⁺ certification scheme for the animal feed sector 2006. The certification bodies are subdivided into approved, expired, suspended, withdrawn and newly approved CBs. Certification bodies whose status is expired, suspended or withdrawn do not therefore have valid GMP⁺ approval.

GROUP Basic Registration:
Includes all Dutch companies with basic registration.

GROUP Medicated feed:
Includes all Dutch companies with certification for medicated feed.

Search the PDV Companies Database 

The maintenance of all the company details is done directly by the certification body in question. This can be done, online by way of a secure connection, where the details relating to the certification of a company can be passed to the PDV after which, following authorisation by the PDV, they are usually available by the next day in the online PDV companies database.

If, when you check the data for your company in the database, you should come across inaccuracies or missing details (such as E-mail address or website) then please contact your certification body. They will be able to implement the changes in the database for you.
