- If you are interested in CVB's knowledge products and you want to find out about the cost of a PDV contract for your company/organisation, please refer to the form Request for Contract. With this form you can also determine what client category (stated in Roman numbers) your company falls into.
- After you have filled in and send the form, you will automatically receive a report with your answers.
- After receiving the data form, PDV will check if the entries are complete and correct. If this is not the case, PDV will return the form to you, indicating which details are missing or incorrect. Subsequently, you are expected to submit a correct and complete Data Form.
- After receipt of a correct and complete Data Form, PDV will draw up a contract. This is signed by PDV and sent to you in duplicate. PDV also adds an overview indicating which products are included and excluded in the contract. Furthermore, PDV will send a copy of the Data form you submitted.
- As the subscriber, print two copies of the contract; you send both signed copies to PDV. After receipt of these two copies, PDV will sign both and send one copy back to you.
- PDV will also send you an invoice by email for payment of the first annual contribution After PDV has received this payment, you will gain entrance to webshop and you will be able to order CVB products.
- The contract is effective as soon as PDV receives a copy of the contract form signed by you. By signing the contract form, the organisation indicates that it is aware of the general terms and conditions and agrees to their content and application.
- Shipment of any products will be cleared as soon as payment has been received. The payment conditions applicable to any CVB products ordered are stated in the General Terms and Conditions (article 2). For more information about payment methods, please refer to the e-mail you recieve after ordering products.
