As of 2012, CVB knowledge products and services are available to all companies and institutions both in the Netherlands and the European Union states at fixed, uniform rates. A limited number of PDV knowledge products are made available to companies and institutions outside the European Union (please refer to Overview prices and availability CVB products).

Since 1 January 2012, all contracts that companies and institutions had to conclude with PDV during the past few years in order to obtain CVB products were lapsed. This is an implication of the Board of PDV's amended policy (including Relations policy) regarding its CVB activity.
